Leasing & Applications
| Our community is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Appointments are not required to tour, but we appreciate a call ahead to ensure we’re available to give you the time and attention you deserve. Please note: Everyone over 18 must have a valid photo ID to tour the community. |
| You can apply online through our website or visit our leasing office for assistance. All parties 18 years of age or older are required to complete an application and pay any and all applicable fees. |
| We require a completed application, valid photo ID, proof of income 2.5 the rent, and a background and credit check. |
| Our application fee is $44 per applicant. This non-refundable fee covers the cost of the screening process. |
| The standard security deposit is $400.00, but may increase up to one month's rent based on credit and rental history. Additional pet deposits apply. |
| Yes, we charge a non-refundable administrative fee of $250, which covers the cost of processing your lease and preparing your move-in. |
| Pets are welcome—just keep in mind that breed and weight restrictions do apply. |
Rent & Payments
| Rent is due on the 1st of each month. We offer a grace period through the 6th, with late fees assessed on the 7th. |
| Rent can be paid online through our resident portal, or by check or money order. |
| No, residents will pay for water, sewer, and garbage along with rent directly to the property. Electricity will be billed directly to the resident by our local electric company. |
| 6-12 months |
| We offer flexible lease terms ranging from 6-12 months. |
| We require a 20-day written notice and a lease break fee equal to one month's rent. Additional details can be found in your lease agreement. |
Community Amenities
| We offer garages on a limited based for $125.00 per month. All uncovered parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. |
| We welcome pets with a $200 pet deposit, a $200 pet fee. Please note that breed and weight restrictions do apply. |
Our homes include in-unit washers and dryers.
| Our community features a fitness center equipped with an elliptica; and treadmill;, weight machine and indoor sports court. |
| Maintenance requests are handled Monday through Friday during business hours. For after-hours emergencies, please call our designated emergency phone number. |
| Work orders can be submitted through the resident portal, by visiting the office, or via email. Emergency maintenance is available 24/7. |
| We aim to respond to all non-emergency requests within 24–48 hours. |
