Our community continues to closely monitor the potential and increasing impacts of COVID-19 (Coronavirus). We have now adopted policies and procedures recommended by the Center for Disease Control, Washington State Department of Health, and various county health agencies so that we can help prevent further transmission of the virus. As you’ve noticed, our offices are locked and social gathering places have been closed. We don’t want to do this, but we want to do everything we can to keep our residents, employees, and visitors safe. Residents are encouraged to request maintenance online or over the phone to avoid in-person contact. Because of the uncertainty of this pandemic, you may experience a delay in non-emergency service requests. We appreciate your understanding as we screen all service requests to verify that no one in the apartment is sick prior to entering. If you do not have an Online Portal account, please call or email us and we will assist you in getting one set up for you. Please use the online Resident Portal for rent payments, messaging, and service requests. In the event you experience an emergency, please call the emergency telephone number for your community. If you need information on resident resources or assistance, please send us an email or contact us using the telephone number on our website. While we may be unable to conduct in-person tours for prospective residents at this time, but we will be offering options for virtual and video tours.
